Diamond Jubilee

As we all know the Queen is celebrating her Diamond Jubilee on the 3rd of June 2012, with a unique flotilla of a 1,000 boats which will sail past County Hall during the afternoon. The flotilla will take 2 hours to pass the building, why not come to County Hall, visiting the attractions, restaurants and cafes to watch the flotilla with a grand stand view from Queens Walk.

Madame Kotouge represents the quintessential Japanese housewife, reflected in her humble yet flavoursome home cooked food.

Green City Revolution begins at the County Hall London
Here at County Hall we always have BIG dreams to be the pioneers of a green city revolution, hence our plans for our basement vegetable factory! In recent meetings, discussions are underway about what to grow and which vegetables would best suit and survive these environments, let's see which veg comes out on top! Watch this green space·····.

Devil Killing Festival
County Hall's mantra is East meets West and no better way of experiencing this than the Killing Devils Spring Festival which took place over the weekend of 17th and 18th March. The event attracted hundreds of visitors who marvelled at the 'Devils' dancing in their spectacular costumes which were specially imported from Japan, inspired by the traditional festivals of Setsubun in Japan and the Lemuria of Ancient Rome. The audience thrilled to a fantastic Taiko drum performance by the Zen Musicians, with the eclectic spectacle of the 'Devils' providing a striking and entertaining experience steeped in the heritage of myths and legends from across Europe, Asia and beyond.

Toramia Tiger Dancing at the EDF Energy London Eye
A year on from the Tsunami disaster in Japan a special event takes place at the EDF Energy London Eye. Cross Cultural Holdings wish to thank the European public for their incredible support in the aftermath of the tragedy by staging a unique performance of Toramai Tiger Dancing on Friday 9th March at 2.30pm & 3.30pm and on Sunday 11th March at 11.15am & 12.15pm. Please come along to support this cause and enjoy the spectacle.
