The boulangeries, the bakeries, of Paris are filled with the most extraordinary creations. Croissant, tart's and any number of exquisite chocolate confections.

All of our recipes are based on traditional French baking techniques-beautiful to behold, but even better to eat. Viennoiserie is the name given to a category of baking that includes croissants, milk bread dough’s and brioche. Patisserie: sweet, flaky, creamy, rich- French pastries are the height of indulgence in a bakery.
