Imperial War Museum

Imperial War Museum

A place worth taking a walk to is the Imperial War  Museum. The main location and the one of interest to us is a fifteen minute walk from the back of County Hall, or a short bus ride (The 159 from Westminster Bridge Road would do for instance).

Jubilee Gardens

Right next door are the Jubilee Gardens, a public park created in 1977 to mark the Silver Jubilee of Elizabeth II. To get to it just walk past The London Eye and you will see the park on your right hand side, the perfect place for lounging after a busy day in County Hall.
